DUSTBANNERS

Privacy notice

Last updated October 14, 2026.

Who we are

Dustbanners is made by Kyle Miller under the name AminalHungy. Contact: hello@dustbanners.com. Our mailing address will appear here and in every email we send once our news emails begin.

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us: your email if you sign up for news; your answers on our feedback form; your name if you want to be credited as a playtester or sign a playtest release; photos or quotes only if you agreed.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. If you use the “AI art” or light/dark switches, your own browser remembers those choices on your device; they are never sent to us. Our website host, GitHub Pages, logs each visitor’s IP address for security, under GitHub’s own privacy statement.

Why

To send news you asked for, to fix the game, to thank playtesters, and to keep records of who agreed to what.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it, except with the tools we use to run the project (our email service Kit, Google Forms for the feedback form, Kickstarter, and our order and shipping partners), and when the law requires it.

Email

You will only get Dustbanners news if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. Unsubscribing takes effect within 10 business days, and we aim for right away.

How long we keep it

Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Feedback answers are kept as long as we are improving the game. Signed playtest releases are kept as proof of your choices.

Your choices

Ask us any time to see, fix or delete what we have about you. We will do it, except that anonymous scoresheets may stay. Email hello@dustbanners.com.

Kids

Dustbanners is for ages 14 and up. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think we did, tell us and we will delete it.

Other companies’ tools

GitHub, our email service, Google, Kickstarter, and later our pledge manager and shipping partner have their own privacy policies.

Changes

We will post changes here with a new date.
